Job Description: Contracts Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts
  • Maintain contract databases and files
  • Track and manage contract deadlines and renewals
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties
  • Provide administrative support to the contracts team
