The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract negotiations, drafting, and administration within the organization. They will be the point of contact for all contract-related matters and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that contracts are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners
• Draft and review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance
• Manage contract renewal processes and monitor contract performance
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract matters
• Resolve contract disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records

Skill Sets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal documents
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in contract management software is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
