Responsibilities:

• Managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
• Negotiating payment plans with debtors
• Assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers
• Developing credit control policies and procedures
• Producing regular reports on debtors and collections

Skill Sets:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience with credit control software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
