Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing company documents and records
• Ensuring all documents are stored and accessed in a systematic manner
• Coordinating with different departments to collect and review documents
• Tracking and updating document versions and revisions
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of document control procedures
• Training staff on document control procedures and systems
• Providing support in audits and quality inspections

Skill Sets:

• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using document management software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of document control procedures and best practices
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
