They work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the company's ecommerce platform and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company's ecommerce website, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor online sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to recommend new ecommerce strategies
• Provide customer support via online chat, email, and phone

Skill Sets:
