Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls to provide medical assistance and transportation to healthcare facilities
• Assess and treat patients at the scene of emergencies
• Administer emergency medical care, such as CPR, bandaging wounds, and controlling bleeding
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to report patient information and receive further instructions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Skill Sets:

• Completion of an EMT training program
• Valid EMT certification/license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
