Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate various events such as conferences, weddings, parties, and corporate functions
• Consult with clients to understand their event goals and budget
• Provide creative ideas and suggestions for event themes, venues, and vendors
• Negotiate contracts with event suppliers and vendors
• Manage event budgets and ensure events are delivered within budget
• Coordinate event logistics including set-up, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation
• Ensure events run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Provide post-event evaluations and follow-up with clients for feedback
