Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for all facilities equipment
• Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance work on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Manage facilities budgets and expenses
• Supervise facilities maintenance staff and contractors

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
