An Organizational Design Consultant is responsible for analyzing an organization's structure, processes, and goals to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. They collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for restructuring departments, teams, and roles to align with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement organizational design strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to define roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships
• Oversee change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new structures
• Evaluate the impact of organizational changes on workflow, communication, and employee morale

2. Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and present findings and recommendations
