Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the family entertainment center, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe facility
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability
• Coordinate and host special events, parties, and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
