Job Description:

The FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Procedure Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination and implementation of procedures related to the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of FF&E items within a company or organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient management of FF&E procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procedures for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of FF&E items
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of FF&E items
• Monitor budgets and expenses related to FF&E procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and specifications for FF&E items
• Inspect and evaluate FF&E items for quality and compliance with company standards
• Provide training and support to staff involved in FF&E procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to FF&E procedures
