We are looking for a Fire Fighting Site Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining fire protection systems in buildings and facilities. They must have a strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and must be able to work under pressure in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Designing fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and fire suppression systems
• Installing and testing fire protection systems to ensure they meet safety standards
• Maintaining and servicing fire protection systems to ensure they are in working order at all times
• Conducting regular inspections of fire protection systems to identify and address any issues
• Training staff on fire safety procedures and emergency evacuation plans
• Responding to fire emergencies and coordinating firefighting efforts with other emergency responders

Skill Sets

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience in designing and installing fire protection systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
• Certification in fire protection engineering or related field is a plus
