Responsibilities:

• Performing regular inspections of facilities and equipment
• Developing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Coordinating with outside contractors for larger repair or maintenance projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Managing budgets and tracking expenses related to facility maintenance
• Training and supervising junior staff members

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Experience with budget management and expense tracking
• Supervisory experience is a plus
