The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. They will develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Lead and manage the HR team
