• Manage and lead the international sales team to drive performance and meet sales goals.
• Identify and establish relationships with key accounts and distributors in target markets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch new products in international markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage sales pipelines and forecast sales projections accurately.
• Oversee the distribution of products to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel internationally to meet with key partners and customers as needed.
