Job Description: Head of Landscape Architecture

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of landscape architects and designers
• Develop and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide expertise in landscape design, planning, and sustainability
• Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Mentor junior staff and foster a creative and collaborative work environment

Skill Sets:

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• In-depth knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practices
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of environmental sustainability and green infrastructure
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in a senior role within a landscape architecture firm
