Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Oversee recruitment team and provide coaching and mentoring
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively across departments
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
