The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
• Manage the offer and negotiation process with selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding hiring practices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
