We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all recruitment and talent acquisition activities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Overseeing the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
• Leading and supporting a team of recruiters and HR professionals
• Identifying and implementing innovative recruitment techniques and strategies
