Job Description: Help Desk Administrator

The Help Desk Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users in an organization. They are the first point of contact for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, as well as setting up new equipment and systems. The Help Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that all users have a smooth and efficient experience with their technology.

Responsibilities:
