A Homecare Physiotherapist is responsible for providing in-home physiotherapy services to patients who are unable to visit a clinic or hospital. They work with a diverse range of clients, including elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and those recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and mobility.
• Create personalized treatment plans to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and education to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for therapy sessions.
