Job Description:

The Homeroom Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for students. They will serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students and will be responsible for overseeing the overall academic and social development of their students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall success of students
