Job Description: HR Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues relating to HR policies
  • Coordinating training and development programs
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
  • Assisting with performance management processes
  • Maintaining HR documentation and compliance with labor laws
