Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, including handling disputes and grievances
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Design and implement employee training and development programs
• Oversee performance management processes, including conduct of appraisals
• Manage employee benefits and payroll administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Handle all HR-related inquiries and issues from employees
