The HR Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This includes managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and handling general HR inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings and conducting interviews
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding processes

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
