HR Assistant Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager with recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including processing timesheets and updating employee information.
• Handle employee inquiries and requests regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with organizing training and development activities for employees.
• Help with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
