• Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data
• Assist in maintaining HRIS system and updating employee records
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and posting job openings
• Assist in organizing employee training programs and events
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion
