HR Business Partner Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Acting as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues
• Providing guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies and practices
• Collaborating with the HR team to support various HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Participating in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Conducting investigations into employee complaints and resolving workplace issues
• Participating in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
