Job Description: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and programs within the organization. They work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations in areas such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting orientation sessions
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and updates
• Handle employee inquiries and grievances, escalating to HR management when necessary
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding processes
