The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks and managing employee data. They will help with recruitment processes, organize employee training, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs
• Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR managers as needed
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
