The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the HR department in various administrative tasks. They assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Manage employee records and data entry in HRIS system.
• Assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate employee benefits and assist with open enrollment process.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Skill Sets:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
