The HR Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. They will also play a key role in implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing support to employees and managers on HR-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers
• Manage HR records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processing
• Assist with performance management processes

Skill Sets:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
5. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
6. Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
