Job Description: The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with various HR functions within an organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and training programs
• Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
