Job Description:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with various HR functions within the company. This role includes tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, HR compliance, and other related activities. The HR Coordinator works closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee benefit administration, including enrollment and inquiries
• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
