Job Responsibilities:

• Administering new hire on-boarding process
• Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Coordinating employee training and development programs
• Implementing HR policies and procedures
• Overseeing recruitment and selection processes
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Handling employee benefits administration
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives
• Providing support to employees on HR-related issues

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in HR roles
• HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
