As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policies and procedures, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting the organization's overall HR strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire employees
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues
