• As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various tasks and projects to support the organization's human resources needs.
• You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with new employee onboarding by preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with training programs.
• Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, conducting exit interviews, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as updating employee files, preparing reports, and organizing HR events.
