Position: HR Manager - Event Lab

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to the Event Lab department
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for Event Lab staff
• Coordinate training and development activities for Event Lab employees
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration for Event Lab employees
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and support organizational goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR best practices are implemented company-wide

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent management
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working in the events industry is a plus
