The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the company. They are responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
• Manage employee relations, including performance evaluation and termination
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee benefits administration and management
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts
• Manage training and development programs
• Coordinate with management to develop staffing plans and forecasts
