As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Oversee performance management processes and ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives
• Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
