The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures
• Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
• Overseeing employee relations and resolving conflicts
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Developing and implementing training programs for employees
• Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Skill Sets:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and problem solve
• Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
