HR Officer Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Administering employee benefits and payroll processing
  • Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
