The HR Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR team in all aspects of human resources operations. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Process payroll and benefits paperwork for employees
• Assist with training and development initiatives
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist with performance management and employee evaluations
