• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters.
• Maintain HR records and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.
