A HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying and attracting talented individuals to fill job vacancies within a company. They are also responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying job requirements and creating job descriptions
• Sourcing candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews
• Managing the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and onboarding new employees
• Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their staffing needs
