Job Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine their fit for the position
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the candidate tracking system and keep records up to date
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• Assist with onboarding new employees
