We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Senior Executive to join our team. As a senior member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing various human resource functions and ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
• Conduct regular meetings with department heads to identify staffing needs and address any HR-related issues
• Prepare and maintain HR records and reports for management review

Skill Sets:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
