Job Description: HR Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
• Advise and coach managers on HR related issues
• Analyze and report on HR metrics to senior management

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as an HR Senior Manager or similar HR role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
