Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire top talent for the organization
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and handle HR administration tasks
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Participate in strategic planning and organizational development activities
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices
