Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent
• Analyze HR data and metrics to drive informed decision making and strategy development
• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and regulations

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software systems
